More Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Additionally included in this latest document drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and features a key identifying different parts of the land.

In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the current congressional release.
